2) Tuition/Fees

Tuition agreements will be made twice a year. Parents will be asked to make a tuition agreement for the school year program and one for our summer camp program. Current parents must submit their agreements to the business office by August 1 for school year program and by May 1 for summer camp.

Tuition based on income: Tuition is based on a family’s gross annual income and our Sliding Fee Scale, which is updated yearly. Rates are either a full day or half day charge, determined by the number of hours a child is at the center daily, and additional children in the same family are charged the half day rate, when attending the same days. If a household is eligible to receive child care subsidy through the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), that funding shall be utilized in lieu of the Wee Care’s sliding tuition schedule. Proof of income is required at the time the parent signs the tuition agreement, or the parent agrees to pay full rate. If a family is awaiting subsidy eligibility, weekly payment will be based on full rate and a registration fee must be paid before the child begins the Wee Care program. When eligibility is approved, adjustments and refunds will be made to the account, if needed.

The Director will verify and keep confidential all of your financial records. Fees are due weekly on the last day childcare is provided.
